What We Do at Crystal Creek...
We purchase manure solids from Dairy Farmers, add other natural product waste streams to support a circular economy to expand carbon impact. We process to biochar in a pyrolysis system, add additional nutrients and microbes to the porous biochar, and sell the resulting line of IMPAK products to growers as a soil amendment commercial fertilizer substitute.
Crystal Creek Provides Real Value to the Dairy Industry
In many ways, farms receive meaningful revenue for their excess manure while at the same time avoiding the cost components of transport, spreading and land acquisition in the management of their excess manure. Excess manure may be as high as 25% on some farms. Farms will be recognized as good stewards of the environment.
